Thanks for this I googled all over and didn't find this anywhere.

Now my questions:

I have a worldsat motorised dish shared by DiSEqC 1.0 analog tuner and
Skystar2 DVB card in my computer. I have a 3 way splitter after the
positionner.

I have to turn the dish manually by remote control - this isn't a
problem for me.

When I want to go from Astra 2 to Hotbird or Astra 1, I turn the dish
then scroll down the channel list to select the new channel on the
satellite I have changed to. No problem so far.

When I want to go back to the BBC on Astra 2 I can't. VDR hangs.

Can I fix this by changing to a DiSEqC 1.2 positionner and turning the
dish via VDR?

What would happen if I had 1 fixed dish pointed at Astra 2 and the other
motorised one with a splitter letting them share the single down cable
and another splitter feeding the digital and analogic tuners?

TIA for any information. This is a wee bit over my head for the moment
