I think, you'll need to call cDevice::Clear() and cDevice::Play() after the 
still image has been sent.

If you have a look on the output of my xine plugin, then you'll see that VDR 
does this e. g. when you edit a cutting mark and then press play. The output 
is something like

	Stillimage
	Clear
	Play
