- Added Russian translation (thanks to  Vyacheslav Dikonov)
- Added French translation (thanks to Erik Arnaud)
- LNB settings are now adjustable
- Added info message on channel switch
- GotoX on channel switch is now also possible via the plugin without
patching vdr
