[vdr] Patches for Plugins to run with VDR 1.3.7

Hi List,

The VDR-Portal hosters have created the following directory containing patches 
for PlugIns to run with 1.3.7 containing all patches known so far. It is a 
plain file-directory with no GERMAN LANGUAGE (no offense) and will be updated 
from time to time. If you wish your patch to be listed, and do not speak the 
german language (or do not want to use VDR-Portal for other reasons), you can 
send it to me, I will forward it to the hosters.
