[vdr] printing channel list

I am looking for a simple script that reads channels.conf
and prints a channel list like below.

Before writing it myself - does something like this already exist? 



TV:
1 ARD
2 ZDF

Radio:
500 Swiss Pop
501 Swiss Jazz
