[vdr] ANNOUNCE: Text-based skin loader 0.0.1

Hi list,

Finally, Version 0.0.1 is ready for release:

This plugin is designed to load and interpret a set of files describing the
layout of the On Screen Display and to make this "Skin" available to VDR via
Setup -> OSD in the main menu. Of course it is possible to load more than one
text-based skin this way and to choose between them while running VDR. All
skins may be themeable (you can create your own color-theme) and translateable
as the author of the skin wishes.

On the download-page there is also a demonstration skin, which should show 
almost everything that's possible with this plugin. The demo-skin even has 
native VDR Skin-Support and Translation Support for plain texts used in the 
Skin.

ATTENTION: Until the release of VDR 1.3.10 you will need a patch to VDR (which 
is included in the archive). This patch was kindly provided by Klaus himself 
(Thanks!).

The PlugIn needs ImageMagick or Imlib2 (configure via Makefile) to work, and 
if you use the GraphTFT Plugin, you really should use ImageMagick (since 
Imlib2 conflicts with that plugin).
