[vdr] FEATURE REQUEST: cPalette should support Dirty() and Clean()
Hi,
these two functions would be useful to determine, whether the palette has
changed and must be sent to the device, e. g. when cOsd::Flush() gets called.
It would allow me to further optimize handling the new OSD class in vdr-xine,
similar to the old OSD class where I use NewColors() to detect a change.
