Incorrectly quoted text. It's not impossible that somebody, skimming through
a thread, might mistake such unquoted but not original text for original
text. (I know. I've done that.)

You need to configure your mail software to use a quoting prefix, preferably
"> ". (And if you can shorten its attribution, so much the better.)

Also, don't top-post and, unless you're specifically commenting on them,
don't quote signatures.
