>The why don't you simply use Suse 8.2 or 9.1? There is historical reason. I used 8.2 before and because DVB driver development focused to 2.6 kernel I upgrade own system to 9.1. Unfortunately firewire support (sbp2- external HD) is broken in 2.6 kernel and I took a half step back to 9.0 with 2.4 kernel. Arthur
