[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] vdr-locker-0.1.0a and vdr-chanorg-0.0.2

I introduce you those two plugins, developped with the help of
dvbkvabien2.tk users...

vdr-locker introduce a kind of parental lock for vdr...
It needs to apply a provided patch to vdr files, introducing a boolean
variable to know if a menu should be drawn or not, and if a channel can be
watched or not...
On the setup page, you can choose what you want to be locked and what you
want to be free...
When you choose the "locker" menu for the first time, it ask you for the
unlock code (4digits like cell phone PIN code).. then when you go back to
this menu (in unlocked mode...) you can choose one by one which channel you
want to be "accessible" in locked mode (marked with an X at the end of the
line), or change your PIN code (ask for old code, new code and new code
again) and relock your vdr
Preferemenu plugin users will also find another menu which is used to save
their "full" prefermenu list, because in locked mode, the prefermenu.conf
file is replaced by the list of availlable(defined as lookable) list, so if
you made change in your prefermenu list while in unlocked mode, you have to
force saving of this new list

vdr-chanorg is a Channel Organizer, which permit to create/move/delete/sort
channels.conf group
