[vdr] diseqc.conf

I am trying to understand diseqc.conf file.  I have a 4 port diseqc switch.  On port 4, I have it connected to Echostar 9 (121W).  This sattelite is linear.  In windows, I use mytheater, and following settings for port 4 works great.

LOF1 9750000
LOF2 10600000
SW 9750000


What would the corresponding setting be in Diseqc.conf?  What does the [XX XX XX XX XX] hexadecimal number stand for?  I have difficulty understanding this.
