[vdr] weird multicard behaviour

Hello,

last week one of Finnish DVB-broadcaster or DVB-network company had a problem on one channel. That 'triggered' a feature in VDR which was annoying.

I've 2 DVB-C -cards.
- one had a timer with 'faulty channel'
- with one I watched live-tv

Now the timer with faulty channel caused VDR to restart itself once in a 30 seconds (about). This happened as long as I could remove the timer from faulty channel.

So what I suggest if it is possible, for VDR to do better checks for stream errors. I mean restarting doesn't help if broadcaster/network has a problem. For example VDR could check from different stream with same transponder if DVB-card is working or something like that. It other transponders are not working, emergency shutdown and reload drivers. Otherwise continue listening for stream (and maybe show OSD error that stream on device 2 is broken)

But constant restart-loop wasn't nice, took a while to think what was happening..
