That is what I thought. Xine isn't doing that correctly - probably
because of my strange screen (1024x480) resolution.

Videolanclient does fit the input to the screen when I tried that. It
was not streaming as smoothly as streamdev though.

On my Vaio C1XD (Pentium II/Celeron M 400)the client uses 99% CPU to
playback the stream. 

It would be nice to be able to change channels with keystroke during
playback...
