[vdr] Tuner-Problem with VDR 1.3.15

Hello,

i'm using FC2 and Kernel 2.6.10-rc1-bk13 with the latest dvb-krenel cvs.
VDR 1.3.15 runs much smoother than VDR 1.3.14 (lower systemusage) but i have
a big problem with recordings (i lost many in the past few days).

Nov  5 17:22:05 buster vdr[14098]: ERROR: device 1 has no lock, can't attach
receiver!
Nov  5 17:22:05 buster vdr[14098]: timer 78 (43 1722-1810 'King of
Queens~3x20 -  070 - Stille Post (Separation Anxiety)') start

The most annoying part is, that VDR doesn't do an emergency exit but tries
to get a lock until the timer is finished. Same configuration with VDR
1.3.14 hasn't this problem.

HW: 1xFF 2.1 + 1x Budget Nova
