[vdr] playing back recordings: "no GOP header found"

Hi,

recently, when playing back recordings, I get the message

SetBrokenLink: no GOP header found in video packet

for some, but not all recordings (for example, "Sneakers" from last night
plays back fine, nothing else does). Consequently, no audio on bitstreamout
but via the normal audio out of the FF-DVB card. All recordings reside on an
NFS server reachable via a 54 mbps WLAN. Playback hardware is a rev 1.3 FSC
card. Playback software is vdr-1.2.6-Elchi with bitstreamout-0.61b. The NFS
server is also a VDR, with 2 budget cards, running vdr-1.2.6.
RecordDolbyDigital=1 on both machines. "Sneakers" and a second recording
were recorded on the NFS server, all other recordings by the living room
machine (linvdr) itself.

What could the problem be? The linvdr syslog looks like,

playing back "Sneakers":

Nov 6 11:54:57 linvdr vdr[1725]: replay /video/Sneakers_-_Die_Lautlosen/2004-11-05.20:06.99.99.rec

Nov 6 11:55:12 linvdr vdr[1853]: dvbplayer thread ended (pid=1853)

Playing back another arbitrary recording:

Nov 6 11:53:19 linvdr vdr[1725]: replay /video/Musik/%Genesis/2003-12-31.09:28.50.50.rec
Nov 6 11:53:19 linvdr vdr[1725]: playing '/video/Musik/%Genesis/2003-12-31.09:28.50.50.rec/001.vdr'
Nov 6 11:53:19 linvdr vdr[1725]: loading /video/Musik/%Genesis/2003-12-31.09:28.50.50.rec//marks.vdr
Nov 6 11:53:19 linvdr vdr[1831]: receiver thread ended on device 1 (pid=1831)
Nov 6 11:53:20 linvdr vdr[1832]: INSTREAM: Forwarding bitstream thread ended (pid=1832)
Nov 6 11:53:20 linvdr vdr[1833]: dvbplayer thread started (pid=1833)
Nov 6 11:53:20 linvdr vdr[1833]: playing '/video/Musik/%Genesis/2003-12-31.09:28.50.50.rec/002.vdr'
Nov 6 11:53:20 linvdr vdr[1833]: resuming replay at index 67572 (0:45:02.23)
Nov 6 11:53:20 linvdr vdr[1834]: non blocking file reader thread started (pid=1834)
Nov 6 11:53:20 linvdr vdr[1833]: SetBrokenLink: no GOP header found in video packet
Nov 6 11:53:24 linvdr vdr[1834]: non blocking file reader thread ended (pid=1834)
Nov 6 11:53:24 linvdr vdr[1833]: dvbplayer thread ended (pid=1833)

Again, audio replay on the FF card's audio out is fine, but nothing can be
heard over the SPDIF out. In this case, the bitstreamout thread isn't even
started.

Any hint would be fine :-)
