[linux-dvb] updated scan file de-Ruhrgebiet

hi,

dvb-t channels in the broadcasting area 'Düsseldorf/Ruhrgebiet' in
germany have changed on april 4, 2005. attached is an updated scan
file (dvb-apps/util/scan/dvb-t/de-Ruhrgebiet).

the frequencies in the file are not really sorted because the
last 3 (506, 674 and 778 MHz) are not broadcasted in the entire
area (they mostly belong to regional stations). however, the
first five frequencies are available in the whole area.
