Did you follow the instructions regarding 2.6 in the README file in 
mediafocus-2.4? 

I apologize that I cannot give you any detailed informations, but I still 
wasn't able to get my hands on a mf2 card to help Torsten Tittmann in 
getting the driver more in shape. 

You don't live near Düsseldorf or Bremen/Hannover, don't you?

As far as I have heard, you should use an uptodate 2.6 kernel, then follow 
the instructions. Please try again and post the compilation error here.
