I agree with Johannes.  Regardless of driver, the card isn't recognized correctly.  Here's my lspci -v:

05:07.0 Network controller: Techsan Electronics Co Ltd B2C2 FlexCopII DVB chip / Technisat SkyStar2 DVB card (rev 02)
        Subsystem: Techsan Electronics Co Ltd B2C2 FlexCopII DVB chip / Technisat SkyStar2 DVB card
        Flags: slow devsel, IRQ 233
        Memory at d1000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=64K]
        I/O ports at a000 [size=32]

You "rev ff" is a clue that something is messed up on the card.  The highest rev is now 02.
