[linux-dvb] Tuning failed on patched twinhan dvb-t

I have a Twinhan dvb-t card with the ci addon card, and with Manu's patch applied to cvs from 2004-12-16, I get this result from dvbscan:

I have SuSE 9.2 with a 2.6.9 kernel.
I load the drivers with:
