[linux-dvb] recompiling mplayer and include files

I was recompiling 'mplayer' and when the messages from './configure' 
scrolled past, I noticed this one:

"Checking for DVB ... no (specify path to DVB/ost/include with 
--with-dvbincdir=DIR)"

With a vanilla 2.6.12 kernel and the CVS, there's no 'DVB/ost/include' 
directory to what do you recommend I substitute for 'DIR'?  Do I really 
need to substitute anything for 'DIR'?
