[linux-dvb] Support for Technotrend DVB-C CI budget card (1132:1010)

.. initial version is now in CVS and is tuning fine. Let me know how it goes. 

Oh - I had to reorganise the stv0297 driver a bit (externalised the inittab 
basically). I have updated flexcop-fe-tuner.c in CVS to reflect this.

Could someone let me know if the stv0297 based fullfeatured Hauppauge DVB-C 
card and the flexcop stv0297 based cards still work? Ta
