[linux-dvb] Kernel oops when unloading modules

Hello,
I am using kernel-2.6.11 with dvb-cvs from 08.03.2005
Just loading and unloading the dvb modules with insmod.sh leads to a kernel oops ( see below ), 
during unloading dvb-ttpci.
This only happens on a system without any dvb cards. With kernel 2.6.10 and DVB-cvs from about 
10th of february this error does not occur.
Are any further information necessary ? I can easily reproduce this one.
