Oh! It was definitely too late on monday night. I tried again and could watch 
and listen to many more channels.

(FYI: Before I continued with the changes below, I restored the original 
values 0x44 / 0x4c in lnbp21_set_voltage(). This time I checked twice ;-)

Yes. Many channels working (e. g. channel #1 - #48, using latest version of 
dvb-apps/util/szap/channels-conf/dvb-s/Astra-19.2E in CVS), some get a lock 
but no video/audio output (~ #50 - #76, maybe scrambled?),  still many 
channels without a lock (> #80).

Now I can use the scan utility, output: 
http://www.bernd-stark.de/dvb/scan.out.gz .
(scan -v dvb-s/Astra-19.2E > scan.out 2>&1)

Cool, I think we're getting very close now!
