Get Kaffeine cvs :
cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at cvs.sf.net:/cvsroot/kaffeine co kaffeine
cd kaffeine
./autogen.sh
./configure
make
make install (as root)

then start Kaffeine and it should find your dvb device and ask you for some
settings. Then go to Menu->DVB->Channels and "START scan". Choose the
channels you want to be added to channels list, and close. Go to the DVB tab
and double click on a channel name. Enjoy !

For further details, have a look at Kaffeine handbook and README.dvb

P.S:
Before running configure, make sure the dvb headers are installed
in /usr/include/linux/dvb/*.h
