[linux-dvb] av7110_ir changes in 2.6.14-git8

Here are two more patches related to the new changes to input_event.  Although,
it appears more changes need to be made to cinergyT2.  One of the hunks has a
failure.  There are also some major changes to the dvb-usb drivers which I have
not tried to integrate yet.  It seems that when some of these changes were made,
LKM and dvb-kernel in CVS were out of sync.
