[linux-dvb] Budget-ci and 2.6.14 kernel problem

I tried to turn on the stv0297 as a kernel module and then the budget-ci
loads correctly. But I don't understand much why I need the DVB-C module
loaded for my DVB-T Hauppauge Nova-T card and I watched that the stv0299
(DVB-S) is loaded too.
