Hi,

	I've written an engine for the UK MHEG Profile - ie the "Red
Button" interactive TV we get here in the UK. Don't get too excited,
it's not finished yet - it'll only draw rectangles and bitmaps and quite
a few of the actions are not implemented yet - but the framework is all
in place, so it's just a question of filling in the gaps.
