[linux-dvb] dvb-usb-nova-t-usb2-01.fw gone?

Greetings,

For the life of me I can't seem to find the firmware for Hauppauge WinTV 
Nova-T-USB2 DVB Tuner.

According to 
http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/DVB_USB#Hauppauge_WinTV-NOVA-T_usb2
(and dmesg) I need dvb-usb-nova-t-usb2-01.fw but it is not listed under 
http://www.linuxtv.org/downloads/dvb/firmware/ and Google is not being 
very helpful to me!

Any ideas what I should be using? Shall I make a new firmware from 
Windows dll or has this been officially moved / changed / retired?

Linux 2.6.13-ck5.
