[linux-dvb] usb hotplug fix for cinergyT2 driver

Hi there,

when cinergyT2 usb devices are unplugged while the corresponding device 
is in use a kernel crash will happen. The specific problem of this usb 
driver seems to affect other dvb-usb drivers as well.
The patch attached to this message is against dvb-kernel CVS head and 
should fix the mentioned bug. It has not been tested extensively - 
please report bugs etc.
