[linux-dvb] Using Twinhan DST + pchd3000

For the twinhan DST cards, you need the module dvb-bt8xx ... It requires 
some module arguments in order to function properly.  Please see the 
Documentation / list archives for that info.

For pchd 3000, cx88-dvb .
