[linux-dvb] everytime "make" to start czap ?

hi, 

i am using the siemens dvb-c card, but got problems to start the card after
the restart of the computer (suse 9.1 prof, kernel 2.6.4-52)

i had to do a "make" in the build2.6 folder to start the insmod.sh load
and the czap.
if i would go go directly to szap and start czap i get the error

failed opening /dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0

dmesg gives me the following back:
