[linux-dvb] Problem with DVB-S tt rev1.5 solved?

Hi,

due to problems with DVB I searched the mailinglist-archive and found this  
thread

wich describes the difficulties I encountered.
My Question is if this problem is already solved? If yes, what do I have  
to do to get rid of the problem?

I'm using Kernel 2.6.11 with firmware dvb-ttpci-01.fw-261f. The card used  
is a Fujitsu-Siemens PCI-DVB Sat with Philips SAA7146 chipset.
