I wasn't, but it doesn't seem to make any difference -- it still gets a
lock fine, but there's no data from the card (dvbstream/mplayer/scan).
It also doesn't get a lock if I ask it to tune to some made up
frequency, so it seems that the tuner is working ok.

This looks to me like it is restarting the RISC program on the DMA
controller after not seeing any data for 0.5s, so I don't think it
should happen under normal circumstances.
