Changes: I've included the patch to remove the current ir-keymaps.c and I've
tweaked budget-ci.c so that repeats occur when signalled by the remote
control. ir-common.c can now properly handle repeat keypresses.

(If anybody wants the patches posted to this list, say so and I'll post
them.)
