[linux-dvb] [PATCH] Update FX2 Firmware commands in cxusb.h

This patch adds some firmware commands to cxusb.h ...  The Hauppauge 
pvrusb2 also uses a very similar command set.

This patch is really just for future reference... It isn't needed right 
now by the driver, but we can use this to make future improvements.
