Not sure. It says it is a Twinhan Vision Plus, the card is red.

It has a philips tuner with a single input. 

On it it says it is a VP3020 V1.0.

It has a conexant fusion 878a chip on it.

It also has two relays?

No. It autodetects as a 113.

There is no led on the card it self.
