[linux-dvb] Can not compile the latest CVS code.

The attached patch (thanks to Colin Guthrie <linuxtv at colin.guthr.ie>)
SHOULD fix it for you... Which kernel version are you running?
I havent had much time this week to apply backwards-compat patches... I
hope to have time tomorrow to check this patch and apply it to cvs.
