[linux-dvb] Siemens DVB-C working outside gemany ?

Hello,

Here in germany the cable providers implemented qam 256 and the "good" 
old long Siemens DVB-C card is not able to handle this.
What about cable providers in other countries ? Are they also using qam 
256 ?
I have some of these cards which I do not need anymore, but I don't want 
to give these to people not being able to use these.
