[linux-dvb] Patch for Hauppauge WinTV-HVR3000

Hi,

i have found several patches against older mercurial builds for the
HVR3000. Since i need an actual kernel i have ported this patches
so that they work with an actual mercuiral build and kernel 2.6.24.

DVB-T is working. But i have problems getting the S-Video input
to work. I have a video input, but the picture is mostly
Black/White (under windows all works fine).
