there is a slight chance that the transmitter uses a positive offset of
about 167000Hz. It is quite common in France and the tda10046 can't find
this on its own.
Modify the initial scan file like this.
#### Cannes - Vallauris ####
#R1
T 490167000 8MHz AUTO NONE QAM64 8k AUTO NONE
#R2
T 514167000 8MHz AUTO NONE QAM64 8k AUTO NONE
#R3
T 578167000 8MHz AUTO NONE QAM64 8k AUTO NONE
#R4
T 730167000 8MHz AUTO NONE QAM64 8k AUTO NONE
#R5
T 690167000 8MHz AUTO NONE QAM64 8k AUTO NONE
#R6
T 642167000 8MHz AUTO NONE QAM64 8k AUTO NONE
Copy and paste and try with "scan" again.
Cheers,
Hermann
