[linux-dvb] Nova-S-Plus Locking Issues

Problem is i can no longer ESTABLISH a lock at all.  It simply stays at
status 01!

I know ther ewere some Voltage problems with the cards, but it will not lock
H or V at all.  Any way to what is going on?!?!!?
