[linux-dvb] New TV Tuner for solve BUG in saa7134 radio

This patch solved problems with muted radio on Lifeview FlyTV Trio. So 
can anyone commit it to git? It is based on latest patch from mrec 
repository http://mcentral.de/hg/~mrec/v4l-dvb-experimental/summary
