[linux-dvb] CAID patch for dvb-apps scan

The attached patch adds scanning for ca-ids for scan's vdr output. Since I added this code to w_scan, it might be useful for scan too. It's tested with DVB-t and DVB-c.

For comparison

without patch:
MGM;PREMIERE:362:M64:C:6900:2047:2048=deu,2049=deu:32:0:515:133:4:0

with caid patch:
MGM;PREMIERE:362:M64:C:6900:2047:2048=deu,2049=deu:32:1702,1722,1801,1830,1831:515:133:4:0


In this example it adds the ca system ids 0x1702, 0x1722, 0x1801, 0x1830, 0x1831. The patch is against today's hg (dvb-apps-cacd165cb058).

Please test and add if you find it useful.
