[linux-dvb] New dvb-t scan file for es-Alfabia

Hi I'm testing my new DVB-T usb dongle on my Debian and I was lacking a 
local channel here in Mallorca.

Therefore I've run w_scan and I have an updated es-Alfabia file, wich I 
attach.

Maybe someone

Hope you can update it on the dvp-apps.
