[linux-dvb] dvb-apps: femon update interval

Hi!

Here's a small patch against the current dvb-apps trunk, which adds two
options to femon:

    -d : delay between each sample (default 10 seconds)
    -T : print time

This way, femon can be used to permanently log the frontend status and
e.g. create a nice graph of the signal quality over time.
