try this if it works for cold and warm boot (machine/device), too:

tom1:~# grep hcd /etc/modprobe.d/dvb
install ehci-hcd /sbin/modprobe dvb_usb_dibusb_mc; /sbin/modprobe --ignore-install ehci-hcd
