[linux-dvb] dvb-apps testing conditional interface

Thought it might be an option, but I can't get Kaffeine to work with my 
CI/CAM.

It scans all the channels but won't give a liveTV picture.  All channels are 
scrambled - I thought this worked in Kaffeine now?
