<P>Thanks for the assistance. I tried azap -r -c qam.conf C79 and then dvbstream -v 18 -o:/usr/src/dvb-apps/util/szap/gary.ts -qam 256 with the same result; a zero length gary.ts file. What is the '-r' supposed to do?</P>
<P>Strangely, a few days ago mythtv displayed a channel (poorly) in the "phone" section side-by-side windows, but won't in Live TV. Should I keep trying to get the command line test utilities to work or just concentrate on the manual channel addition that mythtv requires? Or is trying mythtv a waste of time until the command line stuff works?</P>
<P>The dvico tsbrowser utility is not part of the shipped software. It came from their support ftp site. Below is a link to an AVS post where you should be able to download it from. Copy it into the Fusion software directory and I think you will be set.</P>
