You can change the firmware by just making a symbolic link in to /lib/firmware/<kernel-version>/<span style="font-size: 10pt;" lang="EN-US">dvb-usb-dibusb-6.0.0.8.fw of course you should move the original aside. <br>
<br>Is there USB disconnect messages after you issue scan? I had the same problem with Pinnacle 72e stick with ubuntu 8.04, but the kernel issue that caused it is now fixed in 8.04<br><br><br></span><br><div class="gmail_quote">
