  this is mainly a bugfix-release :

- Added some channel-logos found at www.vdrskins.org (thanks to
Tomahawk)
- Added a patch which fixes the menu flickering when moving from the
first item in the menu (thanks to Mikko Mäkinen)
- Added MenuIcons for : mldonkey, gngb2vdr,
- Added symbols for "loop" and "shuffle" and removed obsolet "forward"
and "reverse"-symbols
- Added a workaround for finish usere which does not have
PresentDescription in there EPG (thanks to Rolf Ahrenberg)
- Added some missing translations to reduce log-messages (thanks to Rolf
Ahrenberg)
